FHC is owned and managed by International chef Felix Halter. Originally from Switzerland and formally trained in French Cuisine, Felix has travelled the world to learn and master multiple cuisines, techniques and 6 languages. Now well settled in Australia for the last 15 years, Felix has concentrated on bringing his expertise to hospitality in FHC.
His passion is French cuisine, but can create diverse menus that celebrate whatever occasion you have to really WOW your guests. No job is too small or too large - from private dinner parties to Gala event of 3000 guests (and everything in between). Felix prides himself on attention to detail and customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile to ensure seamless first class catering for events of all types.
