A minimum of  20 guest apply

Please select two hot dishes and two salads

All dishes will be served with either fresh bread rolls and butter/ margarine or fresh Turkish bread with olive oil and balsamico

Dishes will be set up in chaffing dishes disposable plates and cutlery, alternatively, ceramic plates, cutlery can be hired

The dishes are designed to be consumed within 15 minutes after setup

Hot dishes

  • Carved lamb legs with salsa verde, roast kipfler potatoes and green beans

  • Roast chicken breast with lemon pepper sauce, pilaf rice, broccolini

  • Grilled sirloin steak with peperonata and brown rice

  • Pork belly with garlic chilli and soy sesame, basmati rice and roast cauliflower

  • Butter chicken with jasmine rice and Dutch carrots

  • Pumpkin gnocchi gratin with chorizo, tomato and basil

  • Baked atlantic salmon honey, ginger and soy, wild rice and bok choi

  • Osso bucco gremolata with ceps mushrooms and roast vegetables, mash potatoes

Additional options

  • Ceramic plates and cutlery, paper napkins one of each per person:

  • Glasses, ice and water jugs

  • For more than 30 guests, an additional main dish and side dish can be chosen

  • Wait staff are not included but can be hired for a minimum 4 hours (one staff per 30 guests)

Side dishes

  • Rocket with shaved parmesan, pear caramelised walnuts and balsamic dressing

  • Baby cos ceasar salad with crunchy garlic croutons

  • Tomato and boconchini salad with homemade pesto

  • Quinoa, chickpea salad with roast beetroot and fresh herbs

  • Potato salad with seeded mustard and chive

  • Penne pasta salad with semi dried tomatoes chilli and olives

  • Caramelized butternut pumpkin with star and and roasted seeds, nuts and herbs
